If you want to set up your name or any text then just follow these following steps.

1. Go to control panel from setting option.
2. Double click on “Regional and Language Options”
3. Click on customize from Regional Options tab.
4. Select Time tab
5. Now write down the text that you want to show beside time in the AM and PM box just after AM and PM.
6. After that Apply and press ok to save this customization.
