To protect your pen drive just follow this instruction:

1. Download this soft from here or here.
2. Unzip it with winzip or 7zip
3. Copy the unzipped software to your pendrive.
4. Now open your pendrive and click on the software.
5. Give your password and confirm it.
6. Here's a note to save your password in a file.
7. If you want to save it press Yes or don’t want press No
8. A new window will appear
9. Select Encrypt All button  or Drag and Drop your selected files
10. You will get 3 more options to protect your pen drive.
11. 1. Don’t Remove. 2. Zero Out Data. 3. DOD 522.5M   
12. Select 2no. Zero Out Data

Now your pendrive is protected with a password.

NOTE: Don’t forget your Password.

To Unlock, your pendrive follow the following instruction.

1. Open pendrive and double click on that software
2. It will ask your password
3. Select Decrypt All  or Drag and Drop selected files

Now your file is unprotected.
